Upon completion of the installation, a comprehensive acceptance inspection should be conducted. First, verify that the exterior of the low-voltage switchgear assembly is intact and undamaged, exhibiting no signs of deformation or physical damage. Second, inspect the electrical connections to ensure they are secure and reliable, free from any looseness or signs of overheating. Concurrently, appropriate testing instruments should be utilized to perform electrical performance tests on the switchgear, thereby ensuring full compliance with design specifications and relevant standards.
The cabinet body is free from deformation, scratches, paint chipping, or corrosion; the color is uniform, and markings are clear.
The cabinet body is securely bolted to its foundation, and grounding is reliable; grounding resistance is ≤ 4Ω.
All wiring connections are secure; each terminal accommodates only one conductor (with exceptions allowing for two); conductors passing through metal components must be protected.
The factory certificate of conformity, test reports, wiring diagrams, and operating manuals are complete.
