Rated Short-Time Withstand Current: The RMS value of the short-time withstand current-specified by the manufacturer-that a specific circuit within the complete switchgear assembly can safely carry under the test conditions prescribed in the national standard GB7251.1-2005.

 

Rated Peak Withstand Current: The peak current value-specified by the manufacturer-that a specific circuit within the complete switchgear assembly can withstand under the test conditions prescribed in the national standard GB7251.1-2005.

 

Degree of Protection (IP Code): The degree of protection provided by the switchgear enclosure-in accordance with the IEC 60529-1989 standard-against access to live parts, as well as against the ingress of foreign solid objects and liquids. Specific classification levels are defined in the IEC 60529 standard.
