MNS Harmonic Suppression Cabinet

The MNS Harmonic Suppression Cabinet is a harmonic mitigation cabinet designed for MNS modular withdrawable low-voltage distribution systems. It is designed to suppress harmonic distortion generated by nonlinear loads such as variable frequency drives, rectifiers, and UPS systems. All filter circuits of the MNS Harmonic Suppression Cabinet use standardized MNS withdrawable drawer units. If an individual filter circuit fails, the corresponding drawer can be withdrawn for inspection or replacement while the remaining filter units continue operating without shutting down the entire cabinet. This helps protect transformers, capacitors, and sensitive electrical components while improving overall power quality.

With more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing high- and low-voltage complete electrical equipment, we operate a 44-mu production facility with more than 150 technical and production employees. Our factory has in-house CNC sheet metal processing, busbar forming, and automated coating production lines. Sheet metal fabrication, busbar assembly, and electrical aging tests for the MNS Harmonic Suppression Cabinet are completed within our own facility.

Testing covers filter switching logic, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection functions. Traditional fixed filter cabinets may require extensive shutdown when a filter circuit fails, potentially causing significant losses for continuous-production factories. The modular withdrawable design of the MNS Harmonic Suppression Cabinet helps address this problem. An independent ventilation channel is provided inside the cabinet to improve heat dissipation, while the electrical components can be configured for 50Hz or 60Hz power systems.

The cabinet frame can use aluminum-zinc coated steel, with an electrostatic anti-corrosion coating applied to the enclosure to improve resistance to salt spray and humidity. This makes the cabinet suitable for long-distance ocean transportation and hot, humid overseas operating environments.

Our dedicated R&D team can configure harmonic filtering solutions such as 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 11th harmonic filtering according to customer harmonic test reports. ODM customization is also available based on technical drawings and prototype samples. Remote communication and data acquisition modules can be added according to project requirements.

We provide full project-cycle support, including pre-sales harmonic analysis and solution recommendations, production photos and videos upon request, a 1-year standard warranty, and dedicated overseas after-sales support. Repeat orders can benefit from shorter lead times.
